Code §12955(o), for applicants with rental vouchers or subsidies, the income threshold will be calculated based on the amount of rent that will be paid by the tenant (not the entire rent amount).
Clean credit with a minimum credit score of 650. No collections, judgements, past due or charged off accounts. No bankruptcies in the past 5 years. Three years of good rental history; no evictions, no late rental payments.
